ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis men's basketball remains at No. 19 in this week's AP Top 25. The Billikens are No. 21 in the USA Today coaches' poll.
It is the third week in a row SLU has been nationally ranked. SLU broke into the rankings at No. 24 on Jan. 13 and was also No. 19 last week.
The Billikens, who have won 12 in a row, are 18-2 overall and 5-0 in Atlantic 10 Conference play. Saint Louis' 12-game winning streak is tied for the sixth longest active streak in the country.
Saint Louis is home for two A-10 tilts this week. The Billikens host the Richmond Spiders (14-6, 4-1 A-10) Wednesday, Jan. 29. Aside from the Billikens, the Spiders are the hottest team in the A-10 having won four in a row. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m., and the game will be televised on FOX Sports Midwest. On Saturday, Feb. 1, the Billikens welcome A-10 newcomer George Mason (7-13, 0-6 A-10) to Chaifetz Arena for the first time. Tipoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. and the game will be nationally televised on NBCSN.
