Help Mr. Losak

We, the United Parents of PS 89 BX, are calling on all parents, teachers, the community and it's leaders to 'HELP MR. LOSAK'. We are asking everyone that can, to donate some funds to assist with appealing the DOE's decision to terminate Mr. Losak on the allegations of insubordination & incompetency. Since this was an internal investigation within, for & by the DOE, Mr. Losak had very little chances of winning his case, although he provided sufficient evidence to the contrary. He is now going to appeal the DOE's decision with the State of New York and needs our finacial assistance to retain an attorney and continue his fight against unjustified allegations & retaliation.

We need to keep great teachers like Mr. Losak in our schools. Teachers who love teaching and focus on the needs of their students (Our Children).

Mr. Losak has TEN (10) days to raise the initial $1300 attorney retainer fee. Afterwards, the remainder of the funds must be raised within TWO (2) months to finalize the attorney payment agreement.

It would mean so much for Mr. Losak & his family to know that there are caring people (parents, fellow teachers & the community at large) that support his fight against injustice from the DOE.

So please, donate however much you can in support of this cause. Remember, EVERY contribution helps.
