ROCKAPOCALYPSE: Screenplay Adaptation

Hello,
My name is Byron Suggs. Two years ago I wrote a paranormal/action-adventure book titled "Rockapocalypse: Disharmony of Justice". My intent was to further preserve an era of dynamic social and cultural change in our country, as well as tell a good tale and provide a bit of nostalgia (and history) for past and future generations. With four iconic, *otherworldly* rock stars, five adventurous teens, and a dark entity that travels across time as a celestial drifter, the story spans a thirty-seven year period that weaves deeply into all facets of the human condition. The book has received good reviews and I've always believed it would make a good movie with the right treatment.
That said, I'm no screenwriter by trade. A story as complex and visually compelling as "Rockapocalypse" needs an experienced screenwriter to pull it off. My intent with this page is to raise funds to help with the cost of having it adapted to a stellar screenplay.
I know times are lean for everyone these days and I greatly appreciate any donation you can give to help with this endeavor.
