All text, no pop-ups, and we would never share our subscriber list. Selection Our online selection is identical to our in-store inventory. If you were to walk in our door, you would see over 2000 different wines, most of which are stocked in case and multiple case lots. We also offer a very limited number of pre-arrival wines which we feel are special in terms of the pricing or the rarity of the wine offer. We are not a referral or relisting seller. We offer for sale only those wines that we have prior purchased. You may view our selection using the Shop Online link. There you will find the wines sorted by regions (departments), and sub-regions or varietals (categories). You will also find a search tool which is most useful if you are looking for wines from a specific producer. The search tool will also seek out wines of a specific vintage (eg 1997), or a specific bottle size (eg 375 , 1.5, magnum). As and when you find what you want you may put it in your shopping cart in the normal fashion and proceed to checkout. The shopping system is programmed to not let you buy more than the updated inventory. Beyond that you can be assured that we do not process charges without first verifying the existence and good condition of the bottles you are purchasing. Lastly, if you are seeking a wine that we do not have listed available, or, if you are seeking quantity beyond that available per the shopping cart, please do contact by email or telephone. We will endeavor to provide an expeditious answer to any inquiry Shipping Policy, Terms and Conditions Any wine sold to you by Vinopolis Wine Shop is sold in Oregon, and title passes to you, the buyer, in Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for the ensuing shipment of wine. By placing any wine order with Vinopolis Wine Shop, you authorize Vinopolis Wine Shop to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. We make no representations concerning your legal right to ship or receive wine into any state outside Oregon. You, the buyer, are responsible for compliance with your State Laws regarding wine import and taxation. Our sales obligation is fulfilled when the purchase leaves our shop. Title to goods shipped has then passed to the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for risks of loss or damage in accordance with the carriers' policies and procedures.
Pricing Policy We earnestly compete with the best pricing available anywhere on any wine offered for sale here. Pricing display is in the common form of “lowest net price”, most commonly 15% or more below winery and importer suggested retail pricing (SRP).
