CAI Illinois is now accepting presentation proposals for the 2021 Conference and Expo!

The CAI Illinois Education Committees are seeking though leaders to present progressive and innovative sessions at the Conference & Expo April 30, 2021, in Rosemont Illinois or Virtual format.  (We are monitoring the situation and speakers will need to be prepared for both in person and virtual).

Attendees gain insight and knowledge to help them take their careers and communities to the next level, while gaining valuable credits toward earning and maintaining industry certifications and designations.  If you have new information, a new way to solving challenges, unique approaches or forward thinking the Committee would like to hear from you.  

Desired Categories for Presentation Proposals include the following:
Best Practices
Management Trends
Hot Topics
Industry Trends
Ethics
Personal Development

What you need to know
-Presentations should be based on 45min or 60min sessions
-Presenters may be paired up to give attendees a diverse educational experience
-Presentations that are clearly intended to be a sales pitch for products and services will not be considered

How Presentation Submissions Work
1. Call for Presentations goes out to our CAI Illinois Chapter Members
2. Education Committees will review all submissions and topic requests from previous educational sessions held throughout 2020.
3. The committee will pick their topics based on the review process below
4.  There are 8 presentation spaces currently available.
4.  The committee will reach out to accepted presentations by January 4th
5.  The committee will notify non accepted presentations by January 8th

About the Review Process
All proposals will be evaluated by the Education Committees on the following criteria:
1. Ability to inspire action or proven action with results
2. Originality
3. Overall Quality
4. Program Design
5. Relevance to the industry based on needs and wants of attendees

Together, members and staff ensure that program content is timely, relevant, and targeted to attendee needs.
