I've bought a ring and diamond pendant from EraGem and contacted them multiple times with questions. The jewelry I bought is gorgeous and was delivered quickly and packaged beautifully. Customer service is exceptional. All of my questions have been answered within a few hours - sometimes less. I can't recommend this jeweler enough.

Their timely response to emails and inquires is only second to their careful custom packaging of jewelry for shipping deliveries. Everything is customized; packaging, included instructions on returns or questions, even the boxes that fits perfectly into a standard shipping box is 100% customized.

I first purchased a piece from this wonderful store in July 2018. It was an amazing ametrine pendant I have followed them and 'haunt' their website sometimes daily ever since.

It's our 25th wedding anniversary this month and we decided to gift each other new wedding rings. Not only was this a great idea, it's been so much fun and made our special day even more than we could imagine! But then, it got even better when I found EraGem! I knew I wanted a turquoise blue sapphire with diamonds and after looking at several online I found this very unique estate and vintage jeweler near Seattle. Browsing their extensive inventory was a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but like they say when you find "the one" you know it instantly. There before me was the most beautiful blue-green sapphire surrounded by four large diamonds on an 18K gold band with a white gold top. It was not only me... I fell in love again instantly. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive purchasing such an expensive piece online, but before I knew it I had entered my card and clicked confirm! I was not going to let "my ring" pass me by. EraGem is a GEM and I can't recommend them enough. Their customer service is also superb. Purchase comes with free overnight delivery and sizing if needed.
