The sole album from Jay Reatard’s early band Bad Times is getting a new reissue. A remastered edition of the trio’s 2001 self-titled LP will be released under the name Streets of Iron via Goner Records on May 25. Check out the title track below. The new edition of the record switches up the tracklist and includes the original recordings of “Wrong Way to Love” and “Lick on My Leather,” replacing live versions on a previous edition. Along with Reatard, Bad Times featured Eric Oblivian (Oblivians) and King Louie Bankston (Missing Monuments, Exploding Hearts).

In 2016, Goner reissued the complete works of Angry Angles, Reatard’s band featuring bassist/singer Alix Brown. Read “The Untold Story of Angry Angles, Jay Reatard’s Great Lost Band” on the Pitch.
