Building on the success of the 1800, Honda released the lighter weight VTX 1300 a year later. With their seminal designs, both of these muscular V-Twin eXtremes began amassing cult-like followings upon their introductions in 2001 (2002 Honda VTX 1800) and 2002 (2003 Honda VTX 1300). To date, fans of the VTX 1800, the onetime “largest production v-twin motorcycle in the world”, still marvel at its power.

We construct our Honda VTX 1800 and Honda VTX 1300 fairings through the time honored process of hand laying woven glass mat and resin. Once cured, we seal the inner and outer shells with a protective gelcoat creating beefy high-gloss batwing fairings that are VTX and fan worthy.

*Note: Multimedia plate add-ons are made to fit most multimedia stereos such as Rockford Fosgate PMX and Infinity PRV. We provide 2 different plates. Depending on the head unit you purchase some modifications may be required. The plate measurements are within the gallery of photos (see image 5).

I purchased the fairing about a year ago. The person who opened my box misplaced the bracket's and Customer Service really took care of this issue for me. They sent me brackets at no extra cost. Finally got it installed and painted to match my bike. Sound on this is great. Looking to add additional speakers soon!
For a while I was debating whether I should buy the fairing for my VTX 1300R. So glad I went ahead a purchased it. Loud and quality sound and keeps wind out of my face and chest area. Finally less fatigue feel after a good ride. Way easier to install then I thought. Took 20 minutes total. Thanks for the great product.

i have debated on a fairing for my vtx 1800f2 for a long time i finaly pulled the trigger and got this one. looks great installed i got the 3 inch headlite extention from glensvtxgarage . needed every inch my bike has the fork covers so i had to do some grinding on the mounting hangers but other than that it went easy havent rode it yet hope the windschield is hi enough looks short
I am so impressed with the faring that I purchased it came complete with 4 5 1/4 and radio, with all wrappings and brackets it even comes with the option of tinted or clear window shield, It was very east to install, only took me about 2 hours to install that includes running the wire to the battery, I am able to cruise with speeds up to 75-80 per hour and still can hear my Bluetooth, This is one of the best investments that I have made by purchasing through this company. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends that are interested in purchasing a Faring or any other Bike accessorizes.

Batwing fairing for a 2000 to 1800 C Order it on a Tuesday received it on Friday. Had it put it on in about an hour hour and 15 minutes had to use a Dremel for the speakers other than that pretty decent faring looks good.A little flimsy at 80 miles an hour down the highway it moves around quite a bit.

Great fairing. Looks great, doesn't even need painting. Best of all, comes with the right brackets to mount to the bike. I have a VTX 1300R and it mounted right up. Highly recommend this fairing.
