Heald's First Electro Mechanical Matador Installed

Heald were recently approached by Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council to install the Electro Mechanical Matador.
During the project, Heald worked alongside Balfour Beatty to install and commission the product.
Crash tested to halt an 18 tonner N3C vehicle, the EM Matador was installed with Heald’s Architectural Paving System, which allows paving systems to be added to the Matador base.
Antony Philips, Principal Urban Designer for Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council added: "Heald provided the relevant expertise and track record to deliver the solution we wanted to achieve."
