The successful candidate will undertake maintenance tasks relating to all aspects of the building trade, including plastering, plumbing and joinery.

Salary: £18,349 per annum (pay award pending)

To carry out repairs and maintenance.
To undertake groundworks where necessary
Repair or renew foul water pipes and drainage work components
To carry out some joinery and plumbing jobs as per requirements
Maintain accurate records with regard to ongoing building and plumbing works
