Many believe that Fresno State Bulldogs wide receiver Davante Adams will be among the college underclassmen who declare for the 2014 NFL Draft before the January deadline, so it comes as no surprise that news is surfacing he will be submitting paperwork to the NFL Draft Advisory Board for an evaluation.

If Adams is satisfied with what he hears back from the advisory board, then you can expect him to make the jump to the NFL.

Jeremy Fowler of CBS Sports passed along the report:

Assuming Adams is decides to leave his final years of eligibility at Fresno State in order to enter the draft, there is a good chance that he will be among the first receivers taken in the 2014 NFL Draft. Worst case scenario for Adams is likely being a Day 2 selection.

Considering that Fresno State will be losing their star quarterback, Derek Carr, it may be a good move for Adams to declare while his stock is high.
