How to Register

Registration is available via our online registration system through 6pm Eastern on Tuesday, December 10. Registration using the paper registration form via mail or fax will be available through mid-day on Thursday, December 12.

Check, money order, purchase order or credit card must accompany registration to reserve space in this course.
Fax registrations are accepted for credit card and purchase orders only.

Tech Requirements

This webinar will be presented using the Adobe Connect platform. Please ensure that you have Adobe Flash Player Version 10.1 or later on your computer. Audio for this webinar will be streamed over computer speakers, and you will be able to ask questions and interact with the presenter and other webinar participants via chat.

A certificate of attendance is available for attendees of the live webinar.
