The home, at 55 Spooner St., was searched Wednesday afternoon. Police said it was the culmination of a long investigation into the making and selling of the drug.
"During the search of the home a sophisticated laboratory, along with many items and materials were located throughout the residence that were being used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine," Plymouth police said.
They also discovered illegally possessed pharmaceuticals and psilocybin mushrooms in the home, police said.
Those arrested range in age from a teenager to a 41 years old. Police identified the suspects as Richard Pearson, 41; David Hill, 20; Casey Hamilton, 38; Stephanie Dubis, 39; Kianna Pearson, 19; an 18-year-old female and a juvenile male.
Police said Paerson lives in the Spooner Street home.
All of the suspects will be arraigned Thursday morning.
