16-year-old boy shot and killed in Flint early Sunday morning

FLINT, MI -- A 16-year-old boy was shot and killed early Sunday, Nov. 17 on East Tobias Street in the city's south end, according to police.

Flint police and a Crime Scene Investigation van are still looking over the scene where the 16-year-old was shot shortly after 4 a.m. in the 100 block of East Tobias. Yellow police tape criss-crosses the street.

Police said people are being interviewed at the police department, but there was no further information available on a potential motive behind the shooting or suspect information at this time.
