New Library! Meet El Barco de Ávila Municipal Library (Spain)

We are very happy to announce that we have another new library in the programme, the 31st Spanish library to join NAPLE Sister Libraries.

El Barco de Ávila Municipal Library serves a population of about 3.000 people in the Avila province.
