Hospitals - All hospitals have implemented restrictions on visitors and are cancelling or limiting non-urgent, elective or scheduled care and services.

Long-Term Care Homes - All long-term care homes have implemented restrictions on visitors. Call ahead before visiting.

Children's Hospital London Health Sciences Centre - Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program Accepting all referrals and can connect virtually. Onsite day programs are suspended until further notice.
Children's Hospital London Health Sciences Centre - Children's Emergency Department New virtual service available for parents who are uneasy about attending the emergency department during COVID-19.
Children's Hospital London Health Sciences Centre - Paediatric Medical Day Unit As a measure to limit the spread of COVID 19, lab test requisitions from outside clinics will not be accepted until further notice.
Four Counties Health Services - Community Support Services See Changes To Impact Patient Experience
London InterCommunity Health Centre Argyle site: Mon, Wed, Fri 9:30am-4pmHuron site: Tue, Wed, Fri 9:30am-4pm and Thu 10:30am-4pmDundas site: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 9:30am-4pm and Thu 10:30am-4pmVisits with medical and social providers by appointment only. St Joseph's Health Care London - Parkwood Institute - Mental Health Care Building - Biigajiiskaan: Indigenous Pathways to Mental Wellness Program Group circles, group ceremonies and student mentoring are temporarily suspended; however one-on-one support is available both in person (utilizing COVID-19 specific protocols to maintain safety) and virtually (online and phone) through St Joseph’s Parkwood Institute and Atlohsa Family Healing Services.

North Perth Community Hospice All face-to-face interactions have been suspended until further notice but staff is still available by other means of communication.

Stratford General Hospital - Laboratory Services Community laboratory services no longer offered to "walk-in" community patients.
Wildwood Care Centre See Province of Ontario's Long-term care homes in areas with visitor restrictions for information.
 

Grey and Bruce

 
Brightshores Health System - Owen Sound Hospital - Mental Health and Addictions Services Community Treatment Services closed and no new assessments. Rapid Access Clinics open and doing new assessments. Withdrawal Management Program accepting new referrals from Grey Bruce County and Grey Bruce hospitals. No visitors allowed at Community Treatment Services site.
Brightshores Health System - Owen Sound Hospital - Mental Health and Addictions Services - Assertive Community Treatment Team Supports available by phone, some visits with appropriate screening. Clozapine clinic and injection clinics still operating.

South Bruce Grey Health Centre - Durham - Diagnostic Imaging Diagnostic imaging services are being assessed and reduced where possible. Please call prior to coming to any pre-booked appointments if you have not already heard from staff or your doctor’s office.
