Cincy Next, a leadership program for young professionals by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, this month welcomed its sixth class today with more than 45 participants.

The eight-month program is part of the chamber's Harnessing Young Professional Energy platform (HYPE) and is designed for early career professionals seeking to advance personally and professionally.

“Cincy Next gives participants the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally,” said Marcus Thompson, HYPE programs leader for the chamber in a news release. “Throughout the program, participants will engage with business leaders and each other to strengthen leadership skills and further impact our community.”
