General Conditions

The published prices are final and include building maintenance expenses, municipal taxes, water service, electricity, gas, cable tv and -when specified on the website- telephone, internet connection and/or room service once a week.

BATR’s administrative fees are US$ 35. They apply only once to every contract you carry out with the company.

If you book the same apartment for more than one period you will have to pay U$S 15 for each contract generated.

When the guest arrives to the rented property at the previously agreed time, he will have to pay in cash the remaining amount of the rent, the administrative fees and the corresponding security deposit (check in)

If the person booking the apartment cancels the reservation or does not show up for the signing of the contract, he will lose the downpayment, and it will go to the owner as a compensation for the cancelation.

Check out time of the apartment is 10 am of the day of the expiration of the contract. Check in time is 2 pm or later on the day the contract begins.

A few days before the check out the guest must let BATR and/or the owner of the apartment know what day and time he would like to leave the property. If he does not, the 10 am check out time stated on the contract will apply.

On this occasion, the guest returns the apartment keys and the owner reimburses the security deposit, after checking the general condition of the apartment and the inventory.

The apartments must be returned in the same conditions they were given. Otherwise, FORTY AMERICAN DOLLARS (U$S 40) will be taken from your security deposit and used to recondition the apartment. The fact that housekeeping service is included in the renting price does not relieve the guest from his obligation of leaving the apartment in the same sanitation conditions it was provided.

When you find the apartment you would like to rent, you have to send your application.- Once received, it is subject to the owner's acceptance.- When it is accepted, BATR contacts you, confirming the availability of the chosen apartment.- Within the next 24 hours, you have to send the requested amount of money as a downpayment to confirm your reservation.- After these 24 hours, the application expires, so in order to rent the apartment, you will have to send another application.-

Temporary renting contracts may not be extended. If the guest wants to extend his stay in the already rented property, he must let BATR know with the appropriate anticipation so as to have enough time to make a new contract for the new period and as long as that apartment has not been already requested

Our regular apartment conveyance hours are from 9AM till 7PM.-

If you want to be welcome in the property before 9AM or after 7PM, you have to let BATR know with anticipation so as to hire personnel on guard duty. This extra service costs US$15.- This fee must be paid regardless the actual time of arrival to the apartment.

Having the airline name and flight number, our waiting time is of one hour after the agreed meeting time. After that time, the guest will have to pay U$S 10 for each hour he is delayed.

The guests are obliged to declare names, I.D and ages of all the people that will inhabit the property. The stay of more people than the previously agreed can result in the break up of the contract.

BATR is always at the guests' disposal to give them all kind of information they may require.
