Both efforts include assessment, rehabilitation, demolition and/or replacement of critical water and sewer infrastructure. This video provides tips to restaurant owners about how to properly dispose of fats, oils, and grease. DeKalb County ordinance requires all food service establishments with grease traps to use a preferred grease hauler to properly dispose of used oils.
