Touted as a "beautifully crafted" townhome community somewhere in Brookhaven/Buckhead, this bricky new enclave is home to several units with a case of the can’t-sells.
The Paige Way address is likely a whole new street, and it’s tough to track on maps or via listings (many of which put the townhomes on another "Paige" street in Candler Park — or in the middle of Gwinnett County).
Perhaps that’s part of the reason this $799,000 unit — like at least two others, with prices beginning at $720,000 — has been on the market for more than two months.
Judging by the listing photos (likely from the model unit), these are quite elegant offerings. The big one, Unit 4, has three bedrooms, 2,540 square feet, and perks like Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a truly grand master shower, and fanciful banisters.
All of which is moot if homebuyers can’t find the place.
