Mold Set-Up Person
Principal Accountabilities - Includes, but not limited to, the following:
Set up the mold production tool
Start up and release of processes
Monitor the quality on the machine
Machine and tool maintenance according to the schedule
Preferred Education, Experience and Other Requirements-includes, but not limited to, the following:
Minimum 3 years experiences in Injection molding set up or maintenance position in an automotive manufacturing (in best case in a connector) company
Change of molds in, and troubleshooting on, a injection molding machine
Working with presses in the range of 30-100 ton (best case Arburg/Engel presses)
Knowledge of manufactured parts and production operating procedures. (i.e. connectors, pin housing, sleeve and harness connectors).
Ability to be a team player with accuracy in measurement and documentation and tenacity, positive attitude and able to deal with pressure.
Knowledge of measuring equipment, techniques and releasing parts.
