Your inspector Matt will typically already be at the home when you arrive. You will be invited to follow along with him as he performs the inspection. Due to insurance reasons, he will ask you not to follow him on the roof or into the crawl space. He will take high quality photos and enter his findings into his inspection program on his iPad. After the inspection, Matt will go over any major concerns and answer any of your questions.
Our home inspections typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the size and age of the home. We are happy to take our time with you to ensure that you understand the condition of the home and have all your questions answered.
Your inspection will cover the structure and foundation, roofs and attics, electrical systems, plumbing systems, air conditioning systems, heating systems, ventilation, windows, doors, and much more. Your report will be emailed to you within 24 hours or less, most are delivered the same day.
Your report will be a detailed description of the condition of your home. It will include high quality photos and expert recommendations. The comprehensive report will have an easy to follow summary of recommendations. Please see our sample report to get a good idea of what you will receive.
