Image showed on mobile SERPS, new layout test?
We found a new layout on mobile serps
For some organic results there are images
We can replicate it only in Google.it

It is interesting. I can also see it on google.it, but not on google.co.uk nor google.com. However the images do not show next to all SERP entries, just next to some, and I am only seeing them on the first page of SERPs.
I saw also in 2nd page of SERP and me too can't replicate it on google.com or co.uk
