I start planning around now and writing lists and basically waiting for the Argos 3 for2 sale in Sept/October. But relatives I buy for in October and try to get all sorted by end of November so the end of November pay can go on the big food shop and days out

Boxing Day.

My kids have large stockings, large stretchy sacks (my DD is 7 & is now the same height as her sack when fully filled lol) & 3 main presents so I buy properly all year round

I usually start buying September time and try and get the most of it by end of November so I can just enjoy December.

Dd2 will be one this December so I will have to be organised. X

I shop throughout the year, but...I have been guilty of buying rubbish in past years so now I have lists and gift ideas not just random bargains as 1 year I had to wrap a gazillion 'bits' i'd bought for friends and fanily.

I also have birthdays from mid nov straight through to new year so I have to be organised!

I'm starting in earnest now though as due my baby number 3 in Oct so want to feel 'done' or thereabouts by then.

I normally start in August, as I have a lot of family birthdays in October/November. I am actually considering buying this month though so I don't have to rush about in December and can just get the food shop etc then x

I start it January, I find planning Christmas really helps with my BPD. To those that start in December, well done to you, I'd be having kittens! 😂 X

I normally start buying stuff from the boxing day sales.  Last year I went shopping from oct for a few hours after work on pay day. But this year iv booked a day off for 2nd Dec to do 1 big shop in lakeside so il clear my car out completely before I go. My girls at school/nursery then dad's for the weekend so plenty of time to shop, wrap and hide it all
