Well it looks like T-Mobile is about to shake things up yet again. TmoNews has just gotten a leaked document which shows an update to T-Mobile’s internal system taking place this weekend, August 25th to be exact. “On August 25, several system updates and enhancements will be deployed to support the following:” In which the document lists Jump! Phase 2, On-Demand Data Pass Updates, Simple Choice No Credit Ph. 2, Personal Guarantor @ POS, B2B Simple Choice Plans and Employee Phone Program.

So what exactly does this mean? Well it looks like we might be seeing a new phase of the JUMP! program and of the Simple Choice No Credit program. We don’t know exactly what, just yet. But judging by T-Mobile’s announcements in the past 6-8 months, it’s definitely going to shake things up. It could just be T-Mobile getting ready to market the crap out of JUMP and the Simple Choice No Credit programs, but it could also be adding some new features and choices to those programs. We’ll keep digging to find out.

Remember, earlier this Summer when John Legere and company introduced us to UNcarrier Phase 2? Where they announced JUMP!, LTE covering over 150 million people, and the Simple Choice No Credit check programs? Well the company also teased UNcarrier Phase 3 for this fall. They also said that their competitors should be scared. Along with some other rumors I’ve heard, it sounds like T-Mobile is getting ready to increase their overall coverage at a blistering pace. Which is great news, I’m tired of hearing people talk bad about T-Mobile just because they don’t have 95% coverage in the US like big red. Hopefully that’ll be changing very soon.

So far we don’t know exactly what’s going down and when. But we do know T-Mobile is about to shake things up, yet again. It’s nice having an underdog like Magenta to keep the big boys like AT&T and Verizon on their feet, to keep from losing their customers. How many of you are excited for phase 3 of the UNcarrier?
