Workload Automation Tips

  1. Simulate workstation maintenance or server downtime to understand how your jobs might be impacted
IT environments are usually affected by routine maintenance activities on workstations and servers. This unavailability could impact your daily activities: find out how the What-if analysis tool can help you to know which of these activities are impacted in the maintenance time frame to anticipate problems.
  2. Multiple operations in one page... event rules!
It is always good when issues are notified prior, to take precautionary steps. There are cases like technical issues where a ticket needs to be created immediately if something goes wrong and we cannot have waiting time to raise the ticket manually. At times, we need error logs to be retrieved automatically for trouble shooting. In all such cases, we have a complete solution integrated with Dynamic Workload Console: it is named event rule!
