4 out of 5 starsThe colors are very pretty and the bracelet is well-made but, for me, it's way too large to use it to keep my keys on my arm (as shown in the ad photo). It slips right off my wrist as soon as I drop my arm downward. That may still be fine for some people though.

What is your full shipping policy?
Alien Outcasts is a one-woman owned and operated small business. All items are made to order in the order that they were received. Processing time typically ranges from 2-7 business days plus 3-5 business days for shipping. Please keep in mind, I do my best to get orders out as soon as possible, but I may need additional time depending on volume of orders.
A tracking number will be sent via email when your order is shipped. Alien Outcasts is not responsible for any damages, theft, or lost items once the package is sent out.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
Do you offer cancellations?
We offer cancellations ONLY within 48 hours of purchasing. Any cancellation beyond 48 hours will not be honored.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen in transit?
Once a package is scanned by USPS, we are not responsible for where your parcel ends up.
