Tamba, the Twins and Multiple Births Association (UK), in partnership with other national multiple-birth support organizations, would like to seek your views on your care when you were expecting your multiples and shortly after birth.

We are trying to see how well guidance on caring for mothers and babies during a multiple pregnancy is implemented. We also want to identify areas where improvement is necessary.

Many of the questions are written from a mother's perspective but fathers and partners are welcome to complete it on their behalf. Some of the questions are written from a couple's perspective, although we support families in different shapes and sizes! Please pick the answer that best fits your experience and skip any questions that aren't appropriate.

We are trying to compare how care is being delivered in different countries and the results will be shared with our sister organisations throughout the world. A special thanks to those organisations listed below.

Thank you for your help with this survey. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete and the results could end up saving babies lives. If you have any questions then please contact me.

Kind regards
