WREATH LAYING CEREMONY: Wreaths Across America Bay County will lay wreaths at four locations to honor and remember military veterans for their service: 9 a.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery in Lynn Haven, 415 wreaths; 9 a.m. at Kent Forest Lawn Cemetery in Panama City, 1,050 wreaths; 9 a.m. at Millville Cemetery, 133 wreaths; and 2 p.m. at the Panama City Garden Club's Wall of Honor, 810 Garden Club Drive, seven wreaths. At the Garden Club, a brief history of the Wall of Honor will be shared. The public is invited.

WELCOME SNOWBIRD DANCE: 7-10 p.m. at the Lyndell Community Center, 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach. A favorite at the Senior Center, locals come together and welcome visiting Snowbirds. A prize will be given to the person who came the longest distance from Panama City Beach. DJ Jim Lawson will provide entertainment. A buffet of finger sandwiches, snacks and desserts will be served. BYOB – setups and ice will be provided. No reserved seating. This will be the center's only dance this year. Tickets will be on sale at the Oatfield Building for $15.

SPAGHETTI DINNER: 5-7 p.m. at the Oatfield Center, 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach. This year's hosts will be Donna and Joe Monte and Irene Ziegler. The dinner will include homemade spaghetti and meatballs, salad, bread and desserts. This special dinner is in memory of Jeanette Monte, who passed away in 2012. She was on the Senior Center Board of Directors and volunteered many hours to help with fundraisers. She started the Spaghetti Dinners in 2010 with the help of her husband, Joe, and her daughter, Donna. Tickets are on sale at the Oatfield Building for $10.
