Functional
The initial app had a few bugs but still i managed to book and enjoy a great weekend at baadplaas. Hoping the bugs have been resolved with the update. Overall the app serves its purpose quite well.
Useless
1 star is me being extremely generous.
Website forces you to go to the App. The app forces you to only choose a date within the month. Even when you do that you get a notification about their booking rules. You try chat to an agent and the agent is unavailable.
I’m short, Forever Resorts are tired of being in business and would rather you look for accommodation elsewhere!
Does this app even work?
If I could give 0 stars I would. It was so easy previously to get a quote and book on the website, but now it is an endless struggle to just open the app… I cant even get to the booking section… Very disappointed Forever Resorts!
