Cognitive assistants (CAs)
Cognitive assistants (CAs) are new decision tools, able to augment human capabilities and expertise understanding the environment around us with a depth and clarity. CAs can provide people with high-quality recommendations and help them make better data driven decision. People problem solving capabilities significantly augmented by the interaction of people and CAs. Apple Siri, IBM Watson, Google Home, Amazon Echo are the notable examples of CAs.
This open-ended interview is part of a study to design an instrument to know the perceptions of global users of cognitive assistants (CAs) for developing a theoretical model of improved performance.
