ABOUT RENTAL Our furniture rental service has been designed to make the process of providing temporary furniture swift and easy. Whether you need to fully furnish a house or require just one or two items, we can provide furniture on a short, medium or long-term basis for the majority of properties. We offer a range of contracts of varying lengths, from a short term one month placement to up to several years for a longer placement.

RELOCATION & RENTAL FOR USE Drawing on our years of experience in furniture rental, we’ve put together some indicative packages at three different price levels that are likely to suit a wide range of property types. These are just a guide, however, as inventories tend to differ from one property to the next – our service is completely flexible as inventories are customised to suit each particular property. Each package can be tailored accordingly to meet individual needs offering either just core furniture or with additional items such as prints, accessories and linens, depending on requirements.

SERVICE, DELIVERY, TURNAROUND, QUALITY CONTROL All of our rental packages include furniture for living and dining areas, as well as bedrooms - with the option to add prints, mirrors, bed linen and decorative accessories. Quotes are normally provided within 24 hours, with assembly and delivery within a working week from point of contact, however in our busier periods we may allow for slightly longer lead-times. To make your delivery hassle-free we include a free key-collection and return service that enables us to assemble and install items even if you are not on the premises.
All items delivered will be assembled and installed in the desired location, with packaging removed – we’ll also make up beds with linen (if required) and check that everything is in working order. Where required, a member of our dedicated property styling team will oversee your installation. With their design flair and keen eye for detail, they can create a scheme using our extensive range of products that is unique to you and your property.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION DAY •
On the working day prior to delivery and installation, we’ll contact you by phone and text to confirm our anticipated 3-hour delivery window

Our free key collection and return service means that we can deliver and install your items without you being on the premises – simply provide us with details of your nominated key-holder in the local vicinity

On arrival, our expert delivery team will assemble and install all furniture in its desired location, ensuring everything’s in working order

EMERGENCY
EMERGENCY FURNITURE SERVICE Our Emergency Furniture Service provides a rapid and dependable solution to furnishing a temporary property in an emergency – typically as a result of fire or flood. Working with and alongside temporary accommodation providers, loss adjusters and assessors, we provide immediate temporary replacement furniture while a property is being repaired. In 2016 we provided emergency furniture to around 50 households per month during the floods – demonstrating our ability to act with speed and capacity to supply in volume. We go further than simply delivering to your door – all items are delivered, assembled and installed in the designated room and packaging taken away for reuse or recycling. Our dedicated team of installers will make sure that everything’s in correct working order, unpack and put away kitchen equipment, and even make up beds with brand new bed linen. Our free key collection and return service means that our team can deliver and install without the need for someone to be in the property – we just need the contact details of a designated key holder in the local vicinity.

Before collection, should you wish to purchase any of your rental furniture, we will happily offer you a quote.
