Tour de France: More than a cycling race, a celebration!

The Tour de France is the biggest free sporting spectacle in the world. First organized in 1903, the so-called "Grande Boucle" is held primarily during the month of July and covers around 3,500 kilometres across France. It’s considered one of the hardest and most prestigious bike races and is watched the world over. Though repeated doping scandals have tainted the Tour's reputation in recent years, it continues to be a national treasure and a celebration of France's beautiful landscapes.
