This Month's Recipe...
Peperonata
A hectic start to this month has resulted in this months newsletter being a bit delayed...We have had a series of private events that saw us manically busy so sorry for our tardy start to this month!
One of the events saw us making a Peperonata to go with some Kent Collection Salamis and cured meats... It was resounding hit with the client asking for the recipe so we though we would share with you all.
We did ours in the slow cooker but it can be also done in a pressure cooker or a large saucepan on the stove top or in a low oven. We also added our Wild Garlic Pesto in it as well to give it its unique flavour!
