CMC Alum returns as Clinician

07/19/2017

CMC Alum Rebecca Anderson, a performer this summer in Chamber Music Northwest and graduate of The Juilliard School, gave a master class to CMC Summer Chamber Music Program students on Tuesday, July 18, 2017.  The young ensemble members were working towards performances on July 21 at Director Park and July 22 at CMC (see concert schedule).

Becky Anderson was a student at the Center from her pre-school years through high-school, studying violin with Clarisse Atcherson among others, and in orchestra, chamber music, musicianship, and other activities at CMC through her time here.

She went on to study violin and viola at the Curtis Institute and The Juillilard School, and now resides in New York as a chamber music performer and freelance soloist.

Thanks to Chamber Music Northwest for providing Ms. Anderson to CMC!
