Exotifruit is focused on the sales and distribution of limes to retail customers across the UK and Europe. We also procure Avocados, Ginger and Pomelos at various times of the year.
Specialists in the import of conventional, organic and Fairtrade limes from Brazil, Columbia & Mexico, with Brazil being a primary source from November to June, and other producers completing the calendar across 12 months.
Over the past seven years, Exotifruit has cultivated a sustainable lime business, one which is focused on delivering high-quality limes all year round.
Exotifruit’s success comes from establishing strong relationships with producers. Where possible we look to create long term partnerships through investment and vertical integration of the two businesses.
As part of this, Exotifruit collaborates closely with both producers and customers offering transparency throughout the supply chain, enabling all areas to understand the challenges and opportunities.
Exotifruit works with the most reputable producers ensuring that they are working towards fair working conditions for their employees and making strides to reduce the impact of production on the environment. All producers are certified by 3rd party organisations and are subjected to external monitoring and auditing.
Exotifruit aims to achieve sustainability for producers by securing respectable prices, consistently over 12 months to support the ongoing reinvestment of revenue into the supply chain.
Alongside Mexican limes, Exotifruit also specialises in the procurement and sale of Brazilian limes, Chinese ginger (Red Dragon), avocados and sweet potatoes.
We offer a year-round supply of conventional, organic and Fairtrade bananas, limes, soft citrus and many other seasonal fruits.
