Femme Fatale Cosmetics’ Cordate Boundary

There’s a little bit of shimmer, but it’s subtle enough - especially when contrasted with the base color - that it’s barely worth mentioning. This is most definitely NOT a glitterbomb. I don’t know how well it would work as a highlighter, but it has the advantage of being on the “white/light” spectrum but not being overly bright…so it might work.
