Key elements of this presentation include Design Thinking process and value, High-resolution prototyping, definition of phase one deliverable and backlog of features, deployment of on- and off-shore development team to deliver, Agile development coordination between Sun Chemical and partner resources, development velocity tracking, key metrics (i.e. cost per point, sprint output, etc.).
