Meghan Markle will officially step onto the world’s stage this Saturday, May 19, as she weds Prince Harry—a highly anticipated affair broadcast for millions across the globe. And while the soon-to-be princess’s beauty equation remains to be seen, one can be sure that she’s already begun the royal treatment with her trusted team of facialists, hairstylists, trainers, and more in order to look—and feel—her best as she walks down the aisle at St. George’s Chapel.

Below, a look at Markle’s favorite beauty treatments in London, from a complexion-boosting mouth massage to the brow touch-up inspired by one Hollywood legend.

The Workout
Markle once called Pilates “the best thing you could do for your body.” So, it should come as no surprise that since landing in London, she’s been spotted at Heartcore Fitness. Founded over a decade ago by Jess Schuring, who’s also worked with Elle Macpherson and Kate Hudson, the fitness emporium offers the tightening and toning technique as well as yoga, barre, spinning, and TRX training. With its Kensington location just a stone’s throw from Markle’s new Nottingham Cottage home, chances are she’ll be making an upcoming reservation soon.

The Blowout
As the man behind the bouncy blowouts of Amal Clooney, who reportedly introduced him to the bride-to-be for her color and cuts, coiffeur Miguel Perez is no stranger to star power. And while Perez may very well be on the grounds of Windsor Castle come Saturday—either styling Markle’s lengths long and loose or, in a break from British royal tradition, sweeping them up off the nape of her neck—most days he can be found at Salon Sloane in Chelsea’s Sloane Square.

The Brow Job
Two years after meeting the founder of Nails & Brows, Sherrille Riley, Markle has become a regular at the Mayfair salon. Here, the former actress opts for The Audrey Brow—a tweezing-and-threading shaping session that leaves hairs straight with a slight lift at the tails à la Hepburn. Posttreatment, Riley tops off Markle’s arches with Beauty Edit Mayfair’s pencil in Dark Dahlia, highlighter, and setting gel—a trifecta that ensures the future royal walks out camera-ready.

The Holistic Facial
Celebrity skin expert Nichola Joss has racked up quite the client list thanks to her Bespoke Sculpting Inner Facial, which includes her signature de-stressing mouth massage—an inside-out technique that has contributed to the glowing complexions of Kate Moss, Jennifer Lopez, and, of course, Meghan Markle, who has regularly practiced Joss’s at-home routine since her time on Suits: “On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are way more sculpted,” Markle has said.

. . . And the High-Tech Facial
After all, when the entire world is watching, who couldn’t use an extra helping hand? Enter Markle’s other go-to specialist: Sarah Chapman of Skinesis Clinic, where the Californian was seen leaving just days before her engagement announcement. Beloved by Victoria Beckham, Chapman’s custom offerings range from a plumping micro-needling facial to a four-digit transformative treatment that uses LED light therapy, radio frequency, and laser resurfacing to lift, firm, and contour the face.
