Salary Range: 

As of 1st January 2023, NET is implementing job evaluation for all support staff, the grade for this post at that point will then be: SCP 10 - 12 £23,620 - £24,496 FTE, actual pro rata salary £19,651.31 - £20,380.12

Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity, working mainly or wholly with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. It is an offence to apply for this role if you are barred from engaging in regulated activity relevant to children

The successful candidate will:

  • work as part of the Academy/Department to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE.
  • work with other small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required.
  • promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs under the direction of a class teacher/Inclusion Manager.
