Cities participating in sales tax holiday for severe weather preparedness

Alabama's annual severe weather preparedness sales tax holiday is set for the last full weekend of February.

You can stock-up on things like weather radios, generators and tarps, tax free, from Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 to Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019. Many counties and cities also wave their sales tax on these items.
