The advertisement costs on NoAgentProperty for selling or renting your property depend on the property type. You can start marketing a property for sale from $848 and for lease from $149. These prices cover GST and any standard delivery charges where needed. Rest assured, we have no hidden charges or ongoing fees, and most importantly, we do NOT ask for any COMMISSION whatsoever when you sell or lease.

Generally, it takes around 2 weeks to 3 months to sell a property and typically no longer than 16 days to lease one out (in the present scenario, most properties are rented within a week or even at the first viewing). Nonetheless, we understand that each property and each local market has its unique aspects. Our goal is to help you achieve the highest possible price, regardless of how long that may take. Hence, at NoAgentProperty, we impose no time constraints at all! Your advertisement will remain active until your property is either sold/leased or removed from the market.

You have control over your campaign! You can modify any section of your advertisement, with the exception of the address. These edits can be made anytime, 24/7, through your NoAgentProperty account. Your changes/edits will then be updated on all the websites your listing is on. Additionally, we will monitor any edits you make to ensure they remain free from errors and comply with the relevant real estate regulations and the terms and conditions of third-party platforms.

Your only responsibility is to sign the documents, either online or at your solicitor's office (depending on your chosen solicitor). As for property rentals, simply complete the designated lease/tenancy agreement for your state and schedule a meeting with the tenant for signing.
