Enphase Energy

We worked with Enphase Energy to provide some key pieces of furniture for their new office space in Christchurch.  Following concept meetings, a neutral palette with charcoal hints was decided on.

Starting with the reception space and working with the wooden cladded feature wall that the client was having installed we designed a simple bespoke reception counter.  We used a gloss lacquered finish to create a smooth, join free finish and compliment the rough texture of the wall, the cool glass of the pendant lights and the charcoal of the carpet tiles.  We used LEDs on the kick plate to add some feature lighting.

The Meeting room furniture was made to be coherent in its design, using the same table top finishes, table bases and storage credenzas throughout all of the rooms.  We used a textured melamine finish on the doors of the credenza’s to make them stand out against the white walls.  The table bases were chrome and again, the design of these were carried throughout the office and even used in the kitchen space, as flip tables.

The Kitchen area was designed to be used as a few different spaces within one.  One of the walls in the room was moveable to allow larger conference style spacing.  With this in mind, the furniture provided by Fuze was designed to be moved and re-configurable.  The use of the Platinum chairs on foot glides and the UR Carbon Flip tables allows the client to set the room out how they need.
