Black Box and a Norwegian government organisation join again to build on great foundations

With a relationship that spans more than 18 years, Black Box Norway and a Norwegian government organisation have worked successfully together to build great foundations which continue to stand today.

Thanks to this relationship Black Box Norway was approached again through a system integrator for the purposes of expanding the existing Digital KVM installation.

The client invested in a large DKM matrix solution back in 2016. This solution needed to be expanded to include a new Phone system with USB Touch Screens.

Their requirement meant the new solution needed to be compatible with the existing system. Trond Svendsen, Key Account Manager for Black Box Norway, was able to supply I/O Cards, Chassis’ and embedded USB 2.0 cards to secure this $21k opportunity.

With the system expansion sourced from Black Box, the client will be able to further expand their capabilities internally, streamlining internal functions to incorporate all their network needs into one seamless solution.
