This presentation will cover the benefits of exercise as well as different areas of physical fitness. Employees will participate in around 10 minutes of cardio/strength activity and 5 minutes of yoga and stretching as part of the presentation. This presentation will be interactive in discussing and learning about creating a plan and following through on physical activity goals. Through learning and doing, participants will learn how to incorporate physical activity into their life and find the motivation they need to do so.
