eGroup July Forum - The key insights for growing a successful tech startup out of Perth with Dr Marcus Tan!

17:30 – 20:30 05-07-2016
WRAYS, 56 Ord Street, West Perth

Hi Everyone,

The eGroup July forum is coming up on Tuesday 5th July. We are proud and excited to have Dr Marcus Tan back on our podium to present his thriving business HealthEngine!

Dr Marcus Tan is the CEO and founder of HealthEngine. Founded originally in 2006 HealthEngine started as an online health directory and after failing to commercialise, it was acquired by Future Health Ventures in 2010 where it was completely re-engineered.

Over a period of 6 years and a few pivots along the way HealthEngine is now one of Australia's largest consumer healthcare sites helping nearly 1 million users a month find and book their health appointments online, with over 10,000 practitioners nationally.  In that time HealthEngine has raised over $20 million from the likes of Telstra, Seven West Media and high profile sophisticated investors and family offices.  It has gone from one founder and a couple of developers in a lounge room to now having a team of over 80 staff headquartered in Perth and remotely in Sydney.

HealthEngine was introduced to eGroup back in 2013 during its strategic pivoting stages, we are enthused to hear and learn more from HealthEngine.

Don't miss out - learn about HealthEngine's journey so far and key insights for growing a successful tech startup out of Perth!
