Brazilian World Cup winner Roberto Carlos insists Santos striker Neymar will snub moves to the Premier League to join Barcelona.
The Anzhi Makhachkala sporting director believes Neymar, 21, is certain to wind up at the Camp Nou after speaking to him recently about his future.
Neymar's contract with Santos expires next year and he has been linked with moves to Manchester City , Chelsea and Real Madrid .
But Brazilian legend Carlos is adamant Barca is his first choice.
"I have spoken with him," said Carlos.
"He should have left Brazil already in my opinion. I believe that Barcelona has a 90 per cent chance of signing him."
Carlos believes his old club Real Madrid should break the bank to change his mind, saying: "Pay up and bring him in because he is the best player in Brazil and now he has to become the best in Europe too." http://asia.eurosport.com/
