もちろんシーフードも美味。こちらはベルベレチョという貝。蒸しただけのシンプルな貝なんですが、絶妙な火の通し具合といい、ここのは最高!新鮮な魚介だから出来る技?奥のピメント・デ・パドロン(しし唐のような小さいピーマン)の素揚げも定番もはずせない
