They are a well-recognized name in the Personal Care and Cosmetics ingredients marketplace with a variety of best-selling products on the market. In fact, they are consistently ranked as having some of the most innovative active ingredients available.
With three direct reports this individual interacts with customers and sales people regarding product lines, product integrity and regulatory concerns. A perfect fit would be an experienced formulator, chemist, or scientist seeking upward advancement. While management is not required, some demonstrated past success supervising is appropriate.
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- BS in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience formulating products for cosmetics and/or personal care
- Regulatory experience highly desired including global scope, audits and FDA approvals
