THE GLOBAL POKER INDEX & THE HENDON MOB ANNOUNCE ‘THE HENDON MOB CHAMPIONSHIP’ EVENT

INAUGURAL TOURNAMENT TO BE
PLAYED AT MALTA POKER FESTIVAL

MALTA – June 19, 2018 – The GPI/THM have today announced plans for “The Hendon Mob Championship” - a three-day event featuring a €220+30 buy-in. The inaugural event will be played as part of the Malta Poker Festival in November 2018. 

“After almost two decades serving the poker community via our database and ranking network, the first Malta Poker Festival presented us with the perfect opportunity to launch our live product,” said Global Poker Index and THM Poker Database President, Eric Danis.

“The Hendon Mob Championship will be a grassroots initiative, catering to the very poker fans who have formed the cornerstone of our community since the outset. With a great structure, a low buy-in, and a place amidst a plethora of great events at the Malta Poker Festival, the Championship will help us better serve the poker community,” added Roland Boothby, GPI/THM Poker Content Manager.
